Amazing food, and hilarious staff. Poor owner was the only one on the floor waiting tables and she handled it fantastically. There were maybe 2 people on staff for the day but everything was still amazing. There were some people who were very impatient and unwilling to understand the way that restaurants work with skeleton crews. The owner had a no BS attitude towards the frankly rude customers that came in. Great place for food, and down to earth service staff.

We usually eat here every year a few times. Unfortunately they were completely shut down during the festival which is disappointing for the community when the festival raises so much money for the community and is bringing new business to town to just shut down. Although the food is pretty good for breakfast and coney all the people attending the festival will never know because they decided to shut down. We will just got to Dianna's for breakfast when in town from now on.

Great food, prices and owners. First time experience and meet the owners who are serving authentic Detroit Coney Islands and more. We were a part of 8 and all orders were perfect. The burgers and corned beef Ruben were also great

Had a very good experience. I'm Michigan born and bred but have lived out of state for nearly 20 years. I was so excited to find this little place in my former hometown. My son and my mom and I had coneys, cheese fries, and a gyro. Everything was good and just like I remember a Detroit style coney. I live in Cincinnati where people are a little obsessed with Cincinnati style chili and coney, but nothing beats a good Detroit style. They are very different. Detroit style is better.
We were visiting during Alpenfest and the place was busy. WE came right before closing but didn't realize it until after we had ordered and I looked at the hours. Was very pleased the staff weren't rude about it as it was not intentional to come right at closing. We were hungry and they were convenient! The owner waited on us (she seemed like the owner at least) and was friendly. My mom did her usual ask ten thousand irrelevant questions and the server was very patient.
Decor is basic but its a coney place, right? Restrooms were very clean. I thought it was a little but expensive for the offerings, which is why I gave 4 and not 5 stars. If I am ever in the area again I hope to come back and get a coney. -

Don't miss out on this Gem next time your in town. As good as any coney I have had and the staff is very cheerful.
